ANTI BRIBERY POLICY
PT PRISMA has determination, commitment and sincerity to become a leading and superior contractor & supplier t who is clean, has integrity and professionalism by:
1. Uphold company values and code of ethics by all company personnel in carrying out company activities and operations.
2. Comply with all provisions of anti-bribery laws and regulations.
3. Fulfill and implement the requirements of the Anti-Bribery Management System effectively, consistently and efficiently with continuous improvement efforts.
4. Encourage and train company personnel to care and be involved in good faith in implementing the anti-bribery management system without worry.
5. Do not tolerate bribery (zero tolerance) in all company management activities.
6. Do not tolerate facilitation payments to anyone and in any form in any company management activities.
7. Facilitate and give appreciation to employees who provide information or complaints about alleged criminal acts of corruption involving company employees and other people related to company activities.
